2 bedrooms apartment, one of them with a double bed, and the other with 2 single beds (nest type). Private bathroom with shower and living-dining room-kitchen that connects with a large and sunny private terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, white goods and utensils for your stay.
It also has a quiet community pool (shared between 6 apartments). Wifi & free parking.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Benimar Apartments are located in the penthouses of the Benimar Commercial Space, a well-known and lively restaurant area with a strong international character. You can go to the center of the village on foot, although you will need a car to go to the beach or the golf courses. Just 3 km away we can find the La Marquesa golf course.
The accommodation has air conditioning (cold & hot), a private terrace with wonderful views and free WiFi. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher and oven. Private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. There is a dishwasher, microwave, stove and kettle. Benimar Apartments have an outdoor pool shared between 6 apartments.
In the immediate vicinity you can go hiking. Salinas de La Mata y Torrevieja Natural Park is 3 km from the accommodation. The nearest airport is Alicante-Elche Miguel Hernández Airport, 47 km from Apartamentos Benimar.
COMMUNAL AREAS:
- Infinity pool on the terrace. The pool is shared between 6 units.
- The apartments are located in a Commercial Space that has international restaurants such as: Italian, Belgian, Asian, Indian... cocktail bar and various hamburgers.
- The Shopping Center has free outdoor parking that guests can take advantage of.
DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
The apartments are located in a Commercial Space in a small municipality of Vega Baja, called Benijofar, very close to Rojales and Ciudad Quesada.
Benijofar is well connected both with larger cities such as Alicante, Elche and Murcia, as well as with the coast, Torrevieja, Guardamar.
Benijofar is a traditional town in the southeast of Spain where people from many regions of Europe and the United Kingdom coexist amicably with native inhabitants.
There are multiple leisure proposals in the vicinity of the municipality and Vega Baja, hiking, scenic routes, several natural parks (La Mata, Santa Pola, palm trees in Elche...), numerous golf courses, beaches and countless options to practice all kinds of sports while fresh air.
HOW TO GET AROUND THE AREA:
If you want to visit beaches and other municipalities, we recommend moving by car or taxi, there is public transport (bus) but it is not very agile or frequent, it does not work like in a big city since it is quite slow interurban transport. There is no subway, no train.
OTHER ASPECTS:
Keep in mind that precisely because of its privileged location in a leisure and restaurant center, at certain times of the day there may be nuisances related to the restaurant, such as noise and odor.CANCELLATION POLICY:
If the reservation is cancelled 14 - 1 days before the check-in the 10% reservation fee will be kept by the host.
In the event of a "No Show", the 50% of the reservation will be charged on your credit card.RULES:
- In case of pets you must inform the establishment, if the owner allows them a supplement of 20 EUROS plus VAT per stay will be charged.
